Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
• You have not extensively used the service (defined as creating more than 10 projects or inviting more than 5 team members)
• This is your first refund request for FLOW

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at support@flowhq.app
2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
3. Allow up to 5 business days for processing

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Requests made after 7 days from purchase
• Heavy usage of the platform (as defined above)
• Annual subscriptions after the first 7 days
• Subsequent billing cycles (renewals)
• Enterprise custom plans (governed by separate agreements)

4. Subscription Cancellation

If you don't qualify for a refund, you can still cancel your subscription at any time:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• You won't be charged for the next billing cycle
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days. After that, we offer a prorated refund based on the unused months remaining, minus a 20% early termination fee.
